How we're structured.
Decisions will be governed by a board, and influenced by the input of members.
Membership will be segmented into two tiers: the Primary tier is reserved, and automatic, for land residents, and the Secondary tier is for all other community members.
Meet the Board.
Homing Inc. currently consists of three board members.

Dan Geddes
Board Director – Chair
General Manager
Dan is a professional ACMG Rock Guide, and owner at Dirtbag Climbing Corp, a local climbing facility run as a social enterprise.
Additionally, Dan has volunteered on many local boards and worked on a variety of grassroots community projects.

Chris Russell
Board Director
Project Manager
Chris is a welder, carpenter, community member, baker, husband, and father.
He's involved in many community initiatives — including Local Food Matters — while also operating a small business with his wife, selling baked goods at local stores and markets. (Ask him about his doughnuts.)

Jess Morman
Board Director – Secretary
Marketing & Comms Manager
Jess is a copywriter, freelance creative, and an active Golden community member.
She's passionate about creating social spaces — such as her women's skate club, Not So Fast, and indoor climb club, Super Approachable — that facilitate a meaningful sense of connection and inclusivity.
Beyond the Board.
Homing Inc. is so much more than a board; it's also a community of individuals who gratuitously offer their skills and support — from local government members to labourers, creatives, and more. A comprehensive and ongoing list of contributors will be available in our business plan.
